Is the quoted price really the final price?
Yes. The flat rate covers tolls, fuel, standard wait time and gratuity. The only thing that can change it is you changing the trip, and then we tell you the new number before we move.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track the tail number, not the schedule you gave us. The driver re times the pickup automatically and there is no delay fee on airport runs.
How far ahead should I book?
Two hours is plenty for a sedan or SUV. Give us a day for the Stretch and about a week for anything with more than one vehicle.
Do you take car seats?
We do, at no charge. Put the child ages in the notes field and the seat is installed before the driver leaves the yard.
Can I open a corporate account?
Yes. Monthly invoicing, cost centre tagging and per traveller reporting. Note it in the form and someone from accounts will get in touch.
